Good article about the scheduling and lack of divisional games from Larry Brooks. I also found it interesting he thinks we are the best of the NY Metro teams. Then again it’s only been 8 games, but at least we’re getting noticed instead of being laughed at

I've noticed the difference in this team. Everyone supports each other. There is never a hole. Everyone is constantly skating and moving so it's easy to fill in spots and back your teammates up in a flowing motion, which helps in getting the puck out of your zone really quick.

It's amazing to watch.

Hearing the analysts from other teams talk about the devils is fun because they are kind of shocked and giving major praise.

It's certainly a fun team to watch. Sitting 2nd in the East aint bad, even though it is very early to get this excited. I will say, I see us competing for a playoff spot IF:
1) Nico and Hughes combine for 140 games played
2) Our goaltending duo combines for a sv% over 0.910

Big if's, but its more hope than we have had for some time. Hughes will pace for over 100 points easy, and Bratt will be hot on his heals. Nice to see the boys clicking right now. Haula's faceoffs have given this team a much needed boost too! Cheers to that!
